Payment and Cancellation Policy

We accept all debit cards and most major credit cards.

Please note that a booking is a contractual agreement.

If more than 7 days notice is given and we are able to re let the room, we will refund any deposit paid. However, if less than 7 days notice is given OR a guest fails to turn up, we reserve the right to retain/take the deposit as a short notice cancellation fee.

N.B. Deposit is one nights booking fee.

We will always endeavor to resell the rooms, and will only charge for rooms we are unable to resell.

We do recommend that you ensure your travel insurance covers you for cancellations due to emergency situations.

Terms and Conditions

• • Pets: Due to increasing problems with allergies, we are unable to accept pets.
  • Access: Check in at any time between 4-7pm. For check in outside these hours, please enquire. In house guests are issued with a front door key and have access to the property at all times.
  • Check-out: Guests are requested to vacate their room by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
  • Smoking: The property is totally non-smoking throughout.
  • Your booking is not transferable to any other person in part or in full without our consent. A fee may be charged
